Minnesota density functionals available in ADF

The following functional developed at Minnesota are available in ADF in full SCF fashion:

Notes:

1. ADF 2009 also includes analytic gradients for these functionals.

2. By linking to libxc most of the Minnesota functionals have now become available in ADF. This includes GGAs, meta-GGAs, NGAs, meta-NGAs, global GGA hybrids, global meta-GGA hybrids, and range-separated meta-GGA hybrids in libxc.

3. The GUI drop down allows for a subjective selection of functionals: GAM, N12, MN15-L, ADF + MPW1K, MPW1PW, MN15, M11, MN12-SX, and N12-SX.
