Waves and Beams

The Physical Chemistry/Chemical Physics & Materials Specialty Areas are proud to offer the "Waves and Beams" weekly student seminar workshop: an opportunity to bring great minds together in an informal academic atmosphere with focus on graduate student/postdoc research. When Waves and beams season arrives, each seminar consists of a 1/2 hour talk on the current work of a graduate student or postdoctoral associate with only lively discussion allowed after 12:45 (no new material). This is a wonderful opportunity to bring experimentalists and theoreticians together in an interactive forum to learn about and discuss the exciting research going on in the department.

For more information on how to participate, please contact next year's coordinator, who will be announced soon (watch this space). .
