SOGGA	scheduled for next release (scheduled as of June 6, 2009)
M08-HX	scheduled for next release (scheduled as of June 6, 2009)
M08-SO	scheduled for next release (scheduled as of June 6, 2009)

Energies and analytic gradients are available for all above functionals in GAMESS.
