SITE LICENSE AGREEMENT

GAMESSPLUS is a licensed program and use of this program implies acceptance of the terms of the license, which are repeated here for convenience:
    No licensee will redistribute the source code to a third party in original or modified form without the written permission of one of the principal investigators (Christopher J. Cramer or Donald G. Truhlar). A license does not entitle the licensee to relicense the code or distribute it in original or modified form to parties not covered by the license. The licensee has no ownership rights in the GAMESSPLUS software or in any copyrights of the GAMESSPLUS software or documentation through this license.

    A site license entitles the licensee (the technical support group for a computer center, department, university, or other institution) to install the program and allow access to the executable code to any number of users for their use. The source code made be made available to all members of the technical support group, but may not be redistributed to other users. Users who need source code should sign a user agreement and their own version of the source code from the University of Minnesota.

    Publications resulting from using this package will cite the program. The recommended reference is given in the documentation.

    No guarantee is made that this program is bug-free or suitable for specific applications, and no liability is accepted for any limitations in the mathematical methods and algorithms used within the program.

    No consulting or maintenance services are guaranteed or implied.
