DIRDYGAUSS, like GAUSSRATE, is an interface between GAUSSIAN and POLYRATE. DIRDYGAUSS provides an alternative way to carry out calculations that can be carried out with GAUSSRATE. For now, users who wish to carry out calculations like this should use GAUSSRATE.
