To set up your CHARMM alias on the sp:

1. Login to the sp (if you have not already done so).
2. Type the following then press enter.

alias charmm ~chemta/charmm/c32a1/exec/ibmaix/charmm

This will set up an alias to the charmm executable. From now on, when you login to the sp, you will only need to type "charmm" in your directory to run the CHARMM program.
